We are looking to add to our crews with experienced Foreman and Crew Members alike!
Foreman should have at least 3 years of practical experience managing a small crew and be able to coordinate a variety of projects- from small landscape renovations to larger patios, walk and wall work. This position requires excellent communication, problem solving and time/people management skills, as well as thorough understanding of landscaping construction and the ability to operate/maintain trucks and machinery.
Crew members should also have at least two years of landscaping experience, with a willingness to work within project deadlines and specifications, cooperate with other's, and take direction and problem solve to produce exceptional results.
Ideal candidates for either position would possess not only hardscape skills but also a working knowledge of landscape horticulture and plant healthcare, and the ability to read and manifest CAD plans. You would thrive on a variety of landscaping challenges, not just construction projects, as well as be open to assist in other facets of our business such as seasonal cleanups, shrub pruning or arborist ground crew when necessary. Winter responsibilities will include snow removal as available. A valid and clean driver's license and your own transportation to and from our shop on the far west side of Madison is required.

You will be responsible for making sure equipment is maintained in a fine working order to ensure proper operation and desired results. An integral part of our business is helping our clients keep their lawn and landscape top notch and tidy. Our Lawn Maintenance division is taking applications for an experienced individual for both residential and commercial work. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, a valid and clean driver's license and your own transportation to and from our shop on the far west side of Madison.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: weekly mowing, seasonal cleanups, light shrub pruning, and other landscape maintenance duties associated with a high standard of service and excellence. Applicant should be very organized, conscientious and be able to work well with others. This position does have the possibility for advancement for those that show a willingness to work above and beyond expectations. As this work is seasonal, expect 40+ hours in spring and fall. We are looking for a qualified Landscape Horticulturist/Gardener with at least 2 years experience to add to our garden maintenance team.
In this position, you would be part of a team that manages and maintains high quality residential and commercial gardens. You would also help with softscape implementation, seasonal cleanup, shrub pruning and other landscape maintenance duties as available. Expect 40+ hours during the peak of the season.
